【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementsforthedesignandthetestingofautomotiveLiquefiedPetroleumGas(LPG)containers,tobepermanentlyattachedtoamotorvehiclewhichusesautomotiveLPGasafuel.Thetechnicalrequirementscoverthedesigncriteria,therequirementsonconstructionandworkmanship,themarkingandre-qualificationprocedures.ThisInternationalStandardalsocoversalltests,includingtheirfrequencies,tobecarriedoutonautogascontainers,duringproductionandperformanceverification.Specificrecommendationsarealsogivenontheteststobecarriedoutwhenchangingthedesign.

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingtheflexuralpropertiesoffibre-reinforcedplasticcompositesunderthree-point(MethodA)andfour-point(MethodB)loading.Standardtestspecimensaredefinedbutparametersincludedforalternativespecimensizesforusewhereappropriate.Arangeoftestspeedsisincluded.2Themethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofdesignparameters,butmaybeusedforscreeningmaterials,orasaquality-controltest.NOTE-Forexample,theflexuralmodulusisonlyanappropriatevalueofthetensileYoung'smodulusofelasticityasthetestisnotfortheadditionaldeflectionduetotheshearstresswhichleadstoalowervalueoftheflexuralmodulusbutusestestspan/specimenthicknessratiosthatminimisethiseffect.Differencesbetweentensileandflexuralpropertiesarealsocausedbythematerialstructure/lay-up.3Themethodissuitableforfibre-reinforcedthermoplasticandthermosettingplasticcomposites.Unreinforcedandparticle-filledplasticsandplasticsreinforcedwithshort(i.e.lessthan1mmlength)fibresarecoveredbyISO178.4Themethodisperformedusingspecimenswhichmaybemouldedtothechosendimensions,machinedfromthecentralportionofthestandardmulti-purposetestspecimen(seeISO3167)ormachinedfromsemi-finishedorfinishedproductssuchasmouldingsorlaminates.5Themethodspecifiespreferreddimensionsforthespecimen.Testswhicharecarriedoutonspecimensofotherdimensions,oronspecimenswhicharepreparedunderdifferentconditions,mayproduceresultswhicharenotcomparable.Otherfactors,suchasthespeedoftestingandtheconditioningofthespecimenscaninfluencetheresults.Formaterialswhicharenothomogeneousthroughthesection,orabovethelinear-elasticresponseregion,theresultappliesonlytothethicknessandstructuretested.Consequently,whencomparativedataarerequired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.
