【摘要】:Cancelsandreplacesthethirdedition(1986).Specifiesthestructureof8-bitcodesand7-bitcodeswhichprovideforthecodingofcharactersets.Thecodesspecifiedherearedesignedtobeusedfordatathatisprocessedsequentiallyinaforwarddirection.Useofthesecodesinstringsofdatawhichareprocessedinsomeotherway,orwhichareincludedindataformattedforfixed-lengthrecordprocessing,mayhaveundesirableresultsormayrequireadditionalspecialtreatmenttoensurecorrectinterpretation.
