【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportgivesguidelinesfortheapplicationoftheuncertaintyanalysisaccordingtotheGuidetotheExpressionofUncertaintyinMeasurement(GUM)formeasurementscoveredbystandardsofIECSubcommittee45B(SC45B).Itdoesnotincludetheuncertaintyassociatedwiththeconceptofthemeasuringquantity,e.g.,thedifferencebetweenHp(10)ontheISOwaterslabphantomandontheperson.Itisrestrictedtomeasurementsofasinglequantityconsistingofonlyonevalue.Therefore,itisforexample,notapplicabletospectrometricmeasurements.ThisTechnicalReportexplainstheprinciplesoftheGUMandthespecialconsiderationsnecessaryforradiationprotectionatanexampletakenfromindividualdosimetryofexternalradiation,forexamplethedailymeasurementofthedosetotheindividual.Intheinformativeannexes,severalexamplesaregivenfortheapplicationoninstruments,forwhichSC45Bhasdevelopedstandards.ThisTechnicalReportshallassisttheunderstandingoftheGUMandotherpapersonuncertaintyanalysis.ItcannotreplacethesepapersnorcanitprovidethebackgroundandjustificationoftheargumentsleadingtotheconceptoftheGUM.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesavarietyofexamplesforthedeterminationoftheuncertainty,butnoneofthemethods,probabilitydensitydistributionsorvaluesgivenareexclusive.TherelevantdocumentistheGUM,thereforeanyothermethod,probabilitydensitydistributionorvalueinlinewiththeGUMisapplicableforthedeterminationoftheuncertainty.
