【摘要】:ThisPartofBS6465givesrecommendationsforthescaleofprovisionandguidancefortheselectionandinstallationofsanitaryappliances.Itdoesnotgiveguidanceonthespacerequirementsforappliancesorthelevelsofaccommodationinsportsstadiaandsuchplacesofpublicentertainment.Thisstandardappliestothefollowing:a)dwellings;b)accommodationforelderlypeople;c)facilitiesfordisabledpeople;d)publictoilets;e)workplaces;f)shopswithsalesareainexcessof1000mandshoppingmalls;g)schools;h)buildingsforpublicentertainmentincludingcinemas,theatres,townhalls(whenusedforentertainment),leisurecentres,libraries;i)hotels,guesthousesandhostels;j)restaurants,canteens,cafeteriasandfastfoodoutlets;k)licensedbars;1)swimmingpools.NOTE1.Therequirementsforsanitaryappliancesinhospitalsandotherhealthcarebuildingsarecoveredbythegeneralrecommendationsofthisstandard.However,forthescaleofprovision,ergonomicdataandthespecialrequirementsforappliancesinhospitals,thevariousguidancedocumentsproducedbyNHSEstatesshouldbefollowed.NOTE2.ThisPartofBS6465doesnotdealwiththedetailedprovisionsofwatersupply,sanitarypipework,ordrainage.InformationonthesesubjectsiscoveredinBS6700,BS5572andBS8301respectively.NOTE3.AttentionisdrawntoActs,Byelaws,RegulationsandotherStatutoryrequirementslistedinannexA,whichrelatetosanitaryappliances,watersuppliesanddrainage.NOTE4.OtherBritishStandardsthatgiveinformationarelistedinannexB(Bibliography).
