【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatingtosafetyofpersonsandproperty,butnotgoodsinstorage,andthelocalandglobalenvironmentfor:a)stationaryandmobilerefrigeratingsystemsofallsizes,includingheatpumps;b)secondarycoolingorheatingsystems;andc)thelocationoftheserefrigeratingsystems.2Forrefrigeratingsystemswithalimitedmassofrefrigerantonlysomeofthepartsandclausesareapplicable.TheexceptionsaredefinedinthescopeandtheclausesofeachPartofEN378.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletorefrigeratingsystemswithairorwaterasrefrigerant.4ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthehazardsmentionedintheintroduction.5ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletonewrefrigeratingsystems.Thepartdealingwithmaintenance,repair,operation,recovery,reuseanddisposalalsoappliestoexistingsystems.PartiesresponsibleforexistingrefrigeratingsystemsshouldconsiderthesafetyandenvironmentalaspectsofthisEuropeanStandardandimplementthemorestringentrequirementssofarastheyarereasonablypracticable.Theextenttowhichhazardsarecoveredisindicatedintheintroduction.Inaddition,machineryshouldcomplyasappropriatewithEN292-1andEN292-2forhazardswhicharenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanstandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/4/EC.
